Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, motivate, and provide strategic direction to a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs).
- Promote and uphold Meesho’s values and principles within the team.
- Collaborate with central teams to achieve targets for sales, deals, and loyalty programs.
- Develop robust processes to ensure the seamless execution of critical tasks.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals for the team and individual members.
- Track and evaluate performance metrics to assess individual and team success.
- Communicate priorities and key decisions effectively to stakeholders using strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Enhance supplier engagement and drive quick problem resolution by effectively guiding the team.
- Tackle challenges with confidence and establish processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Build trust with stakeholders and influence strategic decisions across the organization.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to drive informed decision-making and measure success.
- Define short- and medium-term goals, design execution roadmaps, and set team priorities in alignment with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) from a premier institute; MBA preferred.
- 1-3 years of overall experience, with at least 1+ years in a team leadership role.
- Experience in category management is a plus.
- Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and building points of view (POV).
- Strong strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
- Deep understanding of business operations and customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage key stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions and identify opportunities.
