Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct vulnerability analysis and penetration testing of web, thick-client, and mobile applications used in critical infrastructure.
- Perform protocol fuzz testing on industrial communication protocols to identify security weaknesses.
- Recommend appropriate mitigation measures for identified vulnerabilities and collaborate with the development team to implement fixes.
- Work closely with the development team to validate and enhance security controls, ensuring robust protection against threats.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Computer Science (BSc) completed in 2024 or expected to be completed by June 2025 from a reputed institute.
Primary Qualifications:
- Familiarity with security penetration testing tools such as Burp Suite, Kali Linux, and DAST tools like App Scanner or similar widely used solutions.
- Understanding of security protocols, including HTTPS, HSTS, TLS, and SSH.
- Strong learning agility with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.
Secondary Qualifications:
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, Python, and Shell for exploit development.
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 security vulnerabilities and IEC 62443 standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cybersecurity training or relevant certifications would be an added advantage.
