Key Responsibilities:
- Influence the transactions dataset by collecting, validating, and analyzing data while collaborating with peers, stakeholders, and process improvement initiatives.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge in M&A, PO, and PP domains, developing a deeper understanding of financial reporting standards and corporate actions.
- Perform high-quality data collation, extraction, analysis, and entry into work tools in accordance with guideline specifications.
- Extract and validate required information using search tools, press releases, websites, trade documents, and regulatory filings.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the dataset, workflows, and associated work tools.
- Achieve individual and team targets by delivering accurate and high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute ideas for new data collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset.
- Work on assigned projects, ensuring completion within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support to the team as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should have a background in finance.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with up to six months of experience.
- Strong research and analytical skills are required.
- Must possess articulate and fluent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capability to work and communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and night.
