Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing automation test frameworks.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality metrics from test executions.
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement specific testing strategies for new features, ensuring automation.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and execute them through automation.
- Assist engineering teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to applications and development/test environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, and assessing AI’s impact on functions and industries.
- 2+ years of experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow (SN) and strong coding skills with high-quality output.
- Hands-on experience with various automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development teams.
- Strong understanding of multiple testing techniques, such as performance, unit, integration, and automated testing, along with their strengths and limitations.
- Ability to effectively track, analyze, and address discovered issues in testing processes.
- Proficiency in using development tools, including IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix system administration tools, to support daily tasks.
