Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process invoices from multiple countries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Apply knowledge and experience in invoice processing and accounting practices.
- Ensure precision in invoicing procedures with strong attention to detail.
- Review invoices, verify tax information, and enter invoice data into the company’s accounting system.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Express.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in consulting or IT, supporting project managers.
- Knowledge of accounts payable and invoice processing.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office 2010, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with invoicing processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
