Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate assigned WBS creation requests, ensuring compliance with all required criteria.
- Collaborate with the Finance team and other relevant departments to obtain necessary approvals for WBS creation.
- Maintain and update status reports daily to track progress and ensure accuracy.
- Accurately enter data while effectively managing workload under pressure and prioritizing tasks.
- Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization and build strong working relationships with various departments.
- Possess a graduate degree in any discipline (BA, B.Com, B.Sc.).
- Have 6 months to 2 years of experience in backend operations or processes supporting international clients.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting client expectations on timelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and leadership.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in work.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in or ability to quickly adapt to technology tools such as CRM, SAP, Salesforce, Jupiter, and Paradigm (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
