Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all terminal configuration requests and activation of payment methods for merchants.
- Ensure a clear understanding of banking partners’ policies to facilitate timely TID allocation.
- Manage and execute end-to-end cost queries both internally and with banking partners.
- Collaborate effectively and execute tasks independently.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive seamless operations.
- Consistently meet turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Align work efforts with team and organizational objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-1 year of experience, preferably in the banking domain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in the payments industry is essential.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate with banks and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with banking representatives.
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
