Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to design, develop, and implement solutions for continuous integration, delivery, and rapid deployment of ML models with confidence.
- Deploy models across high-performance CPU and GPU machines using managed online endpoints without managing the underlying infrastructure.
- Package models efficiently while ensuring high quality at every stage through model profiling and validation tools.
- Optimize model training and deployment pipelines, integrate CI/CD workflows for automated retraining, and seamlessly incorporate machine learning into existing release processes.
- Leverage advanced data-drift analysis techniques to enhance model performance over time.
- Develop secure and flexible end-to-end machine learning workflows using MLflow and Azure Machine Learning.
- Scale workloads seamlessly from local execution to cloud and edge environments.
- Store MLflow experiments, run metrics, parameters, and model artifacts in a centralized workspace for streamlined tracking and management.
- Maintain model version history and lineage to ensure auditability and traceability.
- Set compute quotas and enforce policies to uphold security, privacy, and compliance standards.
- Utilize advanced governance and control capabilities to ensure model transparency and fairness.
- Enable cross-workspace collaboration and streamline MLOps using registries.
- Centralize machine learning assets to make models, environments, components, and datasets accessible across all workspaces within the organization.
- Facilitate the promotion, sharing, and discovery of models, environments, components, and datasets across teams.
- Reuse pipelines and deploy models created by different teams while maintaining lineage and traceability.

- Practical experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD build and deployment pipelines, including standard concepts and technologies.
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Strong mathematical skills, including statistics, for data analysis and modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in automating and streamlining infrastructure, build, test, and deployment processes.
- Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting production issues, providing support to development and operations teams.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining tools and infrastructure for continuous integration and delivery.
- Strong expertise in managing source control systems and implementing effective branching strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and storage principles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using code management and release tools such as MS DevOps, GitHub, and Team Foundation Server.
