Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data research capabilities to analyze business problems and translate data needs into low-complexity insights and recommendations.
- Develop standard and customized reports, as well as ad hoc analyses, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain project logs, update monthly budget forecasts, and contribute to monthly newsletters or operations reviews.
- Assist in system support projects by contributing to design, programming, research, testing, and implementation activities.
- Support troubleshooting and problem resolution related to production or issuance issues.
- Assist in developing departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls to ensure process accuracy, efficiency, and risk minimization.
- Conduct data and business research projects, secondary research testing, and results-driven intelligence analysis.
- Work under the direction of a supervisor while exercising independent judgment and collaborating with technology and business teams.
- Partner with consultants or program managers on various project tasks, including project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in analytics, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Skills:
- At least 6 months of experience in analytics with proficiency in Python, SQL, automation, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong business consulting and communication skills.
