Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, motivate, and provide strategic direction to a team of Key Account Managers.
- Uphold and advocate Meesho’s values and principles across the team.
- Collaborate with central teams to ensure optimal selection, competitive pricing, and high visibility on the platform.
- Develop and implement robust processes for the seamless execution of critical tasks.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals for both the team and individual members.
- Compile and evaluate success metrics to assess the performance of tasks at both individual and team levels.
- Effectively communicate priorities and key decisions to stakeholders using strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Drive higher supplier engagement and ensure quick issue resolution by providing effective guidance to the team.
- Demonstrate confidence in tackling challenges and building efficient processes to enhance outcomes.
- Influence strategic decisions by establishing credibility and trust with stakeholders.
- Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making and measure success.
- Define short- and medium-term category goals, design execution roadmaps, and set team priorities in alignment with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A BE/B.Tech degree from a premier institute or an MBA is preferred.
- 1–3 years of overall experience, with at least 1+ years of experience in leading teams.
- Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and developing points of view (POV).
- Strong ability to think both strategically and tactically.
- Deep understanding of business operations and customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and effectively manage stakeholders.
