Key Responsibilities:
- Process day-to-day payroll transactions for the US and Canada, including terminations, off-cycle payments, and timekeeping controls.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of end-to-end, on-cycle payroll processing.
- Validate and clear required payroll controls as part of routine processing, escalating any exceptions or discrepancies.
- Maintain and update payroll processing documentation, including data collection templates, processing schedules, checklists, and detailed process documents (DTPs) on the intranet.
- Manage the employee support ticketing system, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met while delivering world-class customer support.
- Provide support to the payroll team in daily payroll operations.
- Prepare and assist with ad-hoc payroll reports as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify payroll input requirements.
- Oversee payroll and tax reconciliations, including Workday vs. ADP SmartCompliance reports.
- Support various internal and external payroll audits, both domestic and international.
- Participate in payroll system implementations and process improvements, including user testing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and Workday Payroll.
- Knowledge of US payroll processing.
