Key Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience with RazorpayX and its various app suites.
- Handle end-to-end merchant queries and concerns while ensuring high levels of merchant satisfaction.
- Identify and report any issues affecting the merchant experience across different touchpoints.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets and chats while adhering to defined SLAs and OKRs.
- Gather and relay merchant feedback to the relevant teams, providing suggestive measures where applicable.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to resolve or enhance product-related issues, requests, and bugs.
- Coordinate with the Financial Operations team to track daily payout statuses and address redundancies.
- Work closely with different Razorpay verticals to resolve pending merchant issues efficiently.

- Ability to transform negative merchant experiences into positive outcomes.
- Strong, confident, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in handling merchant communications, social media escalations, tickets, and chats.
- Adaptability to quickly respond to evolving business needs and challenges.
- Capability to take full ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
