Key Responsibilities:
- Develop application logic for a multi-component system of applications.
- Ensure the final product is high-performing, responsive, and of superior quality.
- Deliver completed code on schedule with minimal to no defects or failures.
- Maintain or improve unit test coverage standards for all newly implemented logic.
- Contribute to code quality maintenance and facilitate automation.
- Provide support to testing teams by assisting with defect resolution, answering queries, and enabling automation tasks.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Story Grooming, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in object-oriented design and programming.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- Expertise in Spring, JPA, Hibernate, RDBMS, PL/SQL, and JDBC.
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like React.js and/or Angular is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD and Sonar integration.
- Experience working with Tomcat application server.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Experience in delivering secure solutions within the Financial Services sector is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaboration abilities, and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, frameworks, and tools while managing multiple concurrent tasks.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
