Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Timeliness:
- Assist in project planning and execution as per the defined internship project scope.
- Track project progress, report milestones, and ensure timely completion within the set timeline.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance delivery predictability and meet internal commitments, aligned with the project’s objectives.
Ownership & Accountability:
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and processes, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.
Research & Knowledge Management:
- Conduct market research and perform data analysis to support business decisions.
- Gather and analyze relevant data to provide meaningful insights.
- Generate new ideas for process improvements, automation, or optimizations in alignment with the internship project objectives.
Collaboration with Team Members:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of internship projects.
Learning & Development:
- Participate in assigned training sessions and workshops as part of the Internship Program.
- Proactively learn about industry trends and company operations to enhance understanding.
Compliance, Documentation & Audit:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while presenting internship project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the project.
- Collate data, verify deliverables, and close any missing data elements to ensure process compliance.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and generate key insights as per project requirements.
- Gather and fulfill standard data requirements, conducting data analysis as needed for the project.
- Correlate various data sets and provide actionable recommendations to support project outcomes.
