- Drive seamless functionality and continuous innovation to enhance the platform’s user experience.
- Manage the infrastructure supporting Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom Workforce Management.
- Implement robust operational strategies to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of Zoom’s infrastructure.
- Enable millions of users worldwide to connect effortlessly by maintaining high system reliability and performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in Data Center Colocation infrastructure at a junior to mid-level.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PHP, PERL, or Ruby.
- Hands-on experience with the JIRA ticketing system.
- Familiarity with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for managing IT assets and configurations.
