Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data and insights processes as part of a new team.
- Leverage expertise in digital operations data and digital employee experience data to drive insights.
- Work seamlessly with both qualitative and quantitative data, integrating information from various internal and external (supplier) systems.
- Analyze data, develop data models, and create reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve business processes.
- Utilize BI solutions, such as Power BI, to develop and present data visualizations effectively.
