Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the engagement tools and their functionality.
- Collaborate with EY tax teams to understand their data requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of their needs.
- Conduct training sessions and process demonstrations with clear and effective communication.
- Document current processes from EY tax teams, including detailed Level 5 process maps.
- Prepare and publish weekly reports for leadership, highlighting project progress.
- Perform account reconciliations, review trial balances, prepare fixed asset registers, and post entries into accounting systems.
- Knowledge of ERP systems used in global service delivery is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and structured thinking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, automation, and analytical skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt responsibilities based on evolving business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, with working knowledge of advanced MS Office tools, Alteryx, and Power BI.
