Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive and intuitive visualizations using Tableau.
- Gain a deep understanding of enterprise data and key business operations, including datasets, business drivers, and KPIs.
- Build predictive analytics models to forecast trends and identify early warning signals in critical business areas.
- Perform data wrangling using Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau to identify patterns, correlate findings, and measure business impact.
- Extract, manipulate, and transform data with a basic understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
- Automate manual reporting processes, develop a data warehouse catalog, and enhance dataset quality.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to create, manage, and optimize data pipelines.
- Ensure data accuracy, conduct audits, and maintain robust data solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Tableau.
- Proficiency in Snowflake, Airflow, ETL processes, data pipelines, and Tableau Prep Builder.
- Understanding of Salesforce products and platform features, including CRMA and Tableau, with knowledge of best practices.
- Ability to quickly grasp technological and business concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Python programming is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, data analysis, and data aggregation.
- Background in professional services or the SaaS industry.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, relational databases, Salesforce, ETL frameworks, or other analytics/data science tools.
- Strong understanding of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
