Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a turnaround time (TAT) of 8 hours for priority cases and 24 hours for resolution, ensuring 90% compliance with SLA targets.
- Ensure data quality is consistently maintained at 99%.
- Conduct self-audits prior to processing or making changes on WRP and SFDC.
- Manage workflows efficiently and prioritize cases and referrals effectively.
- Consistently meet individual productivity targets, contributing to the team’s overall performance in case handling, referrals, and account creation.
- Complete all tasks accurately the first time to minimize rework and prevent escalations.
- Limit stakeholder/client escalations to no more than one per quarter.
- Contribute to improving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by enhancing the customer billing experience.
- Verify that billing and shipping details match the data provided by the requestor.
- Ensure correct e-billing contacts are set up, and obtain client confirmation before removing any contact.
- Ensure tax classifications are correctly configured and exemption documents are maintained as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Contribute to the stabilization and support growth of transitioned processes by minimizing disruptions through efficient productivity and quality management, demonstrating determination, focus, and flexibility.
- Ensure attendance at all scheduled training sessions by managing shifts and leaves appropriately.
- Create and modify customer accounts according to the requests.
- Collaborate closely with the Order Management Team to process orders by completing Customer Master work in a timely manner.
