Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and address problems or errors proactively before they escalate.
- Recognize recurring incidents and suggest preventive measures to reduce future occurrences.
- Investigate first-line incidents, determine root causes, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Fulfill approved service requests in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide telephonic or chat support to clients when needed.
- Execute approved maintenance activities, including patch management and configuration changes.
- Adhere to shift handover procedures to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Report and escalate incidents as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure efficient and comprehensive resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process optimization.
- Update or create knowledge articles to enhance troubleshooting resources.
- Identify and contribute to automation opportunities for incident resolution, request fulfillment, and process improvement.
- Support and participate in project work as required.
- Assist in implementing and executing Disaster Recovery functions and tests.
- Perform any additional related tasks as needed.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Relevant certifications related to the services provided (certifications add additional value to the candidate’s qualifications).
Required Experience:
- Entry-level experience or completion of a relevant internship program.
- Foundational experience in managing platforms, including a combination of the following:
- Windows Server Administration
- Linux Server Administration
- Virtualization Administration
- Server Hardware and Storage Administration
- Basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and technical domains such as:
- Network
- Data Center
- Telephony
