Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong foundation in SQL to support data-related tasks and analysis.
- Understand and work with client-server architecture to ensure seamless data processing and system functionality.
- Collaborate closely with clients, providing technical support and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Adapt to a client-centric role, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service quality.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support clients in the US EST time zone as required.
- Continuously learn and enhance technical and professional skills to stay updated with industry trends.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS SQL, Python, and analytical skills.
- Experience working with Databricks, Snowflake, and basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Basic understanding of JavaScript and client-server architecture.
- Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and understanding performance optimization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly in US EST time zones to support client requests.
- Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of designing and implementing any programming language.
- SQL Certification is a plus.
- Practical experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
