Accountabilities:
- Identify and analyze business challenges and client requirements that necessitate organizational change.
- Develop business requirements to address identified problems and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with their needs and expectations.
- Support the development of business cases to justify investments in proposed solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed solutions.
- Assist in tracking project progress and ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop operational and process designs to ensure successful solution implementation within the agreed scope.
- Support change management activities, including creating a traceability matrix to ensure seamless adoption and integration of proposed solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Assist in creating reports to track project progress and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of proposed solutions.
- Develop operational and process designs to ensure solutions are implemented within the agreed scope.
- Support change management activities, including the development of a traceability matrix for successful implementation and integration within the organization.

- Provide guidance to key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management, on functional and cross-functional impacts and alignment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to support the organization’s control and governance framework.

- Develop solutions using advanced analytical techniques, evaluating complex alternatives through in-depth analysis and interpretative thinking.
