Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to resolve issues related to the installation, maintenance, and usage of Oracle products.
- Provide timely and effective support to customers who contact the Oracle Solution Center, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to established guidelines, primarily through electronic communication.
- Work under general guidance from senior support engineers and management, with the ability to operate independently in certain areas.
- Conduct research, collaborate with internal teams, and replicate issues as needed to develop effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Continuously enhance technical expertise and stay updated on Oracle products and solutions to improve support capabilities.
