Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through direct selling by visiting the market and driving an effective distribution system.
- Manage the distributor network, ensuring efficient front-end and back-end operations.
- Analyze and utilize MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities for improving execution and performance in the assigned geography.
- Negotiate with distributors and provide training to their teams on customer management to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to enhance market positioning and gather valuable market feedback for reporting to the branch office.
- Identify strategies to improve competitive positioning through enhanced customer service.
- Systematically monitor distributor performance and that of their sales teams, taking corrective actions to address infrastructure gaps as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have a full-time graduate degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales.
- Strong proficiency in ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
- Expertise in RS appointment and sales planning.
- Experience in executing and managing promotional activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred skills:
- Good communication skills in English and the local language are preferred.
