Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate invoices against the internal inventory of index and market data services.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to follow up on and resolve outstanding issues.
- Respond to inquiries related to invoices and payments.
- Prepare reconciliations to explain discrepancies between service inventories and invoices.
- Maintain accuracy of internal records for services in use and associated fees.
- Analyze invoicing factors and identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes.
- Generate index and market data usage reports for service providers.
- Prepare financial reports and analytics for internal stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in invoice validation or reconciliation of expense accounts is preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) with a self-starter attitude and the ability to overcome challenges.
