Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and support business change initiatives aligned with the Data Analyst simplification agenda.
- Contribute to the alignment and simplification of Internal Audit to enhance business value and support organizational growth.
- Lead audit-driven business change initiatives in a program or project environment, ensuring effective delivery.
- Perform data analytics activities using languages such as Python and SQL.
- Utilize advanced Excel and work with tabular data structures.
- Leverage BI tools for data handling and visualization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BCA, or any Computer Science-related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Technical Skills:
- Independently contribute to data handling projects for clients.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, including:
- Python
- Power BI
- Alteryx
- SQL
Soft Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to drive high-impact data handling activities.
- Strong process knowledge of business functions.
- Solid understanding of data analytics methodologies and approaches.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at various organizational levels.
- Capable of delivering high-quality outputs and deliverables.
- Resilient and adaptable in managing challenges across diverse work environments and industries.
- Results-oriented approach to problem-solving and project execution.
- Confident and adaptable to various work environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Data Science are preferred.
