Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Managed Services:
- Manage infrastructure services and operations for both on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
- Ensure infrastructure and operations align with service and experience level agreements.
- Maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement and increased operational effectiveness.
- Oversee and enhance ongoing service delivery and improvements.
Application/Cloud Support:
- Support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud computing systems.
- Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently.
Project Control Services:
- Facilitate program management and enhance the overall quality of technology delivery.
- Support projects in Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office (PMO) activities.
- Proactively monitor, manage, and report on project deliverables while addressing any issues.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align priorities and project direction.
Low/No-Code Application Development:
- Develop applications using low-code platforms by configuring systems based on client-specific requirements.
- Utilize key components such as form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop interfaces, and entity builders.
- Analyze internal business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Quality Engineering:
- Design test processes, test cases, and test data to ensure software quality.
- Apply business and functional knowledge, including testing standards and methodologies, to meet overall test objectives.
- Develop and execute usability testing scenarios.
- Prepare detailed reports on software testing outcomes.
- Analyze test results and provide insights to the development team for improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Non-engineering graduate or postgraduate, such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, or B.Com (excluding B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. in CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications). Candidates from any pass-out year up to 2024 are eligible.
- No active backlogs are allowed during the application process or onboarding.
- The degree must be completed within the stipulated duration, with no academic gaps. For example, a BBA must be completed in three years, and an M.Sc. (PG) must be completed in two years.
- Candidates must not have participated in the Accenture recruitment assessment or interview process in the last three months.
- Candidates should have no more than 23 months of full-time work experience.
- Eligibility to work in India is required. Bhutanese and Nepalese nationals can work without a visa, while other foreign nationals must possess a valid work visa, an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), or a Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones and shifts is expected, as services are provided to clients globally.
- Candidates should be open to working in any Business Unit or Service Line within the company.
- Willingness to join or relocate to any Accenture office across India is required.
