Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support resources utilized by Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) on IBM Cloud as an engineering professional.
- Manage and update deployment scripts to ensure cloud software deployments are stable, secure, up-to-date, and repeatable.
- Contribute to ongoing projects by collaborating with developers to enhance existing solutions and reduce technical debt.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in client environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in Agile software development.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Terraform automation.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible automation.
- Expertise in Bash/Shell scripting.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with source control systems such as GitHub.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Knowledge of Node.js, NPM, and React.js.
