Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and execute software test plans to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Support, lead, and implement automation strategies for both large and small features in the CNS CMG product.
- Design, develop, script, execute, and maintain advanced tests to verify feature functionality against the requirements specified by Product Management.
- Drive features to completion for general availability (GA) release by collaborating closely with software developers, test engineers, tools engineers, product managers, technical documentation writers, and support teams.
- Contribute to system design by integrating Quality Assurance considerations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Adhere to all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines, including compliance with the ISMS (ISO 27001) program.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience with test automation and scripting languages such as Python, Tcl, or Ksh/Bash.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including IPv6/IPv4 and TCP, with troubleshooting expertise.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with 3GPP standards, including UMTS, LTE, and 5G.
- Experience with packet core network elements such as PGW, SGW, SMF, and E2E call flows for 4G and 5G.
- Proficiency in NFV (Network Function Virtualization) and related technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenStack, VMware, and KVM/QEMU.
- Hands-on experience in test strategy planning and execution.
- Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as Wireshark for analyzing transmitted and received messages.
