Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new test programs for first silicon validation of new product and technology startups, providing critical feedback to improve device quality and performance.
- Develop and maintain test programs for Micron DRAM products to meet customer specifications, support device performance characterization, and analyze customer returns.
- Optimize test programs by implementing efficient testing methods to reduce product test time and manufacturing costs.
- Automate test processes by developing software scripts to enhance work efficiency and accuracy.
- Enhance test coverage to ensure high-quality output and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product and equipment engineering teams to improve overall product yield and develop customized test solutions to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Work closely with test capacity and manufacturing teams to achieve production output targets.
- Develop and monitor process and engineering metrics to ensure the stability, efficiency, and effectiveness of test processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong programming skills; proficiency in C/C++ is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of semiconductor device physics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments is preferred.
- Open to applications from fresh graduates.
