Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial support and ensure accurate financial reconciliation for stations within the Hubs Business Office.
- Assist in monthly finance and accounting processes, including month-end close, budgeting, invoicing, and billing.
- Conduct financial projection analysis and support financial control audits.
- Perform accounting reconciliations and maintain up-to-date financial records while ensuring invoice accuracy.
- Support stations with essential ad-hoc assignments, contributing to operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Execute month-end accounting close activities, including financial analysis, reporting, journal entries, and budget variance analysis.
- Conduct ongoing audits of invoices and billing, ensuring reconciliation and timely payments, while identifying and reporting cost savings.
- Manage Hub Business Office processes, such as passenger compensation auditing, baggage fee waiver auditing, and other financial support tasks.
- Review, document, and support financial control audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Participate in ad-hoc finance, accounting, and financial control audit-related projects as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate with no prior work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and professional approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Dependable with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
Preferred Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis (preferred).
- Familiarity with Hyperion Planning and Oracle Financials (preferred).
