Key Responsibilities:
- Complete allocated premium processing tasks accurately and within the required timeframes.
- Escalate unresolved issues or queries to Senior Technicians for guidance and resolution.
- Actively seek and engage in feedback to support personal development and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the delivery of services aligned with agreed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Adhere to company compliance, policies, risk management, and audit requirements while supporting these standards within the team.
- Successfully complete assigned training and assessment exercises from the Compliance and Training departments to maintain professional competence.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A degree-level education.
- Awareness of insurance and its importance in supporting businesses.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A strong aptitude for learning and a desire for continuous professional growth.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the financial services industry, ideally within the insurance sector.
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and evolving environment, handling diverse subject matters and business operations, while being able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
