Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate mapping documents in alignment with the defined mapping process.
- Collaborate to deliver a first-draft solution for ETL, reporting, and conversion coding by identifying which mapping details can be deferred for later stages.
- Provide support to ETL, reporting, and conversion developers by utilizing the mapping documentation created.
- Work closely with the configuration team and database administrators (DBAs) to ensure synchronization between configurations, interfaces, and mappings.
- Conduct research and requirement analysis to create and design mapping documents and present findings to team members, clients, and vendors.
- Identify best practices and recommend improvements to existing processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of healthcare or business domains in areas such as member management, eligibility, third-party liability (TPL), claims processing, providers, or pharmacy claims.
- Proficiency in SQL with good to excellent skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in data mapping.
- Hands-on experience in one or more areas: conversion, interface, or reporting.
- Familiarity with QXNT is preferred but not mandatory.
