Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the data science team within the Global Center of Expertise (CoE) – Application Integration, focusing on the development and integration of SAP AI CoPilot Joule for customer transformation projects and the Intelligent Service Delivery Hub (ISD Hub).
- Conduct research, develop, deploy, and operate AI solutions or services to enhance intelligent service delivery, accelerating customer software implementation, transformation, and upgrade projects.
- Perform quality-related tasks to ensure adherence to SAP’s high product quality standards.
- Contribute to cross-team development projects or stand-alone AI initiatives, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Communicate task progress and status effectively to relevant stakeholders and team members.
Eligibility Criteria:
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields, particularly with expertise in statistics.
- Graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Python and Java, along with their common libraries.
- Familiarity with various machine learning libraries, such as sklearn, sentence-transformers, and langchain.
- Experience in data modeling and visualization.
- Knowledge of clustering and graph-network analysis.
- Expertise in regression, classification, and neural networks.
SAP AI Platforms and Technologies:
- Hands-on experience with SAP AI platforms and technologies like BTP, AI Core, AI Launchpad, Unified/Business Agent Foundation, Document Grounding, and Build Process Automation.
Cloud Application Development and Deployment:
- Experience with cloud-related tools such as Docker and Postman.
- Familiarity with configuring CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins.
- Proficiency in relational databases or other types of databases, along with SQL.
- Knowledge of various programming languages, including JavaScript.
Project Management and Collaboration:
- Ability to understand task priorities and dependencies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members in an agile environment, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
