Key Responsibilities:
- Expand Axiom solution coverage to support new geographies, products, and reporting obligations.
- Translate business objectives into high-quality business requirements and functional specifications.
- Document end-to-end delivery processes and develop detailed playbooks for scalable solutions.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), including creating test cases and validating results.
- Provide support to global regulatory reporting teams by addressing queries related to EBA reporting (CoRep/FinRep).
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, product, and engineering teams.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify risks and root causes, escalating issues as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in using SQL for data analysis and report validation.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including an in-depth understanding of trade/transaction lifecycles and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in documenting business requirements and creating functional specifications.
- Expertise in regulatory reporting, particularly with EBA reporting frameworks such as CoRep and FinRep.
- Demonstrated ability to perform user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare detailed test cases, and collaborate with developers and business customers for seamless implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple time zones.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-performance, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the Axiom platform and its application in regulatory reporting.
- Experience supporting global finance systems within a fintech or regulated financial institution.
