Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage advanced analytics to develop business solutions that enhance understanding of customers, processes, channels, products, competitors, and pricing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and address complex business questions, problems, or opportunities through advanced analytics.
- Ensure new and existing processes are designed for efficiency, simplicity, and automation wherever feasible.
- Work in an Agile environment within multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating resources to achieve project and scrum goals.
- Deliver data and analytics expertise and solutions that provide commercial and customer value in addressing business challenges.
- Communicate data and analytics opportunities effectively, presenting insights in a way that is clear and engaging for business stakeholders, enabling them to choose the best approaches.
- Utilize emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to perform advanced analytics and derive actionable insights.
- Share regular updates with key stakeholders by integrating advanced analytics, data science, and data engineering insights into business-focused, easily understandable deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated passion for data and analytics, coupled with knowledge of data architecture, key tools, and relevant coding languages.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear visualizations and compelling insights using appropriate systems and tools.
- Strong understanding of financial services, with the ability to identify broader business impacts, risks, and opportunities, making connections across key outputs and processes.
Preferred Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of data management principles and practices.
- Proven experience in translating data and insights into actionable information for stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data engineering, data science, and decisioning disciplines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, platforms, concepts, and developing business cases.
- Expertise in developing data visualizations using Tableau and building pricing-related insights.
