Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within the Finance Operations vertical to determine financial outcomes by collecting and analyzing operational data and reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and reconcile transactions in adherence to general accounting practices.
- Contribute to risk management efforts by anticipating, planning for, and addressing potential risks and issues, including evaluating severity, likelihood of occurrence, and implementing mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Apply an agile approach to integrate risk management into Scrum roles, artifacts, and events, supporting continuous project delivery.
- Solve routine problems by referring to established precedents and general guidelines.
- Maintain primary interactions within your team and with your direct supervisor for task-related matters.
- Execute tasks based on detailed instructions provided for each activity.
- Make decisions that impact your work, under close supervision.
- Operate as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a predefined and narrow scope of work.
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as required.
