Key Responsibilities:
- Develop algorithms to optimize demand and supply data.
- Conduct analysis and build solutions based on insights derived from data.
- Provide insights to management to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Analyze metrics, key indicators, and other data sources to identify root causes of process defects.
- Support business development efforts by designing efficient processes and solutions.
- Determine optimal utilization of resources to enhance operational efficiency.
- Research and implement opportunities for cost reduction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology (B.Tech/M.Tech) or an MBA in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (mandatory); knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proven track record.
