Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the blade manufacturing process, from design to delivery.
- Undertake learning and improvement projects focused on supply chain, material sourcing, manpower management, productivity enhancement, lean project implementation, quality improvement, and cost optimization.
- Develop conceptual knowledge in professional disciplines such as SQPCDM, including support roles requiring specialized expertise or broad technical knowledge.
- Apply general business knowledge gained through education or prior experience, with an understanding of how team contributions impact the broader business area.
- Resolve issues by following established procedures and consult supervisors or senior team members for guidance on undefined scenarios.
- Contribute to team activities across various assignments.
- Collaborate with internal business unit teams to define needs, communicate project approaches, and present outcomes effectively.
- Develop a basic understanding of key business drivers and utilize this knowledge to execute tasks effectively, integrating team contributions within the broader operational framework.
- Participate in diverse projects and assignments to enhance leadership skills, business acumen, and technical expertise, while providing regular reports and presentations to supervisors and leadership.
- Work in a team-oriented environment under the guidance of an assignment manager or supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor of Engineering from an accredited university or college.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with direct colleagues.
- Proficiency in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, essential for collaboration and teamwork at this level.
