Eligibility Criteria:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the external environment, including regulatory, political, and competitive factors.
- Expertise in process management and re-engineering methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques.
- Strong understanding of change management and implementation strategies.
- Demonstrated track record as an analyst with proven experience in gathering requirements and conducting design activities across business, operations, and technology-focused projects.
- Exposure to business case development and a solid understanding of how design enablers support business benefits.
- Extensive experience delivering change to diverse audiences and managing implementation within banking environments, such as branches, contact centers, trading floors, operations, and head offices.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment for identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience in managing resources effectively through communication, delegation, and planning.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams, employing appropriate management styles to achieve objectives.
- Proven capability to work across regions while maintaining a global perspective.
- Experienced in engaging with senior stakeholders and business sponsors to align and deliver strategic goals.
