Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in Java and REST APIs to develop and deliver software solutions.
- Actively participate in Agile team activities, including daily stand-ups, design sessions, code reviews, and sprint demos.
- Embrace test-driven development as a core practice to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and maintain cloud-based software, addressing live production issues, minimizing downtime, and responding to client-reported challenges.
- Assess and work across the complete technology stack to provide code fixes and implement new features.
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance development efficiency and create innovative features for customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–2 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions.
- Basic experience with Java stack, SQL databases, and web application development.
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented design and programming concepts.
- Quick learner with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Initial exposure to writing unit and integration tests.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with engineers on cross-functional Agile projects.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithm analysis, and design principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based hosting solutions, such as AWS.
