Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a Data Lake using Palantir and BI tools by performing data modeling and applying transformations to prepare data for reporting and analysis.
- Design and build executive dashboards and create visually compelling, storytelling reports for senior management.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and proof of concepts (POCs) while supporting team members as needed.
- Execute change management activities as required to ensure smooth project delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Passionate about data engineering and programming, with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of PySpark and SQL.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical implementations.
- Willingness to enhance skills in advanced scripting languages, including PySpark, Python, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of the reinsurance industry and finance domain is an advantage.
- Ability to apply best practices on projects in collaboration with experts, tailored to the client’s needs and culture.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communications.

- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to build collaborative and respectful working relationships with peers and key stakeholders.
