Eligibility Criteria:
- Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into data warehouses and data lakes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by developing automated data validation and cleansing mechanisms.
- Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to define data requirements and optimize data workflows.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation of ETL processes, data transformations, and mappings for reference and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on ETL best practices and emerging technologies to enhance the efficiency of data processing.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders to promote understanding and effective use of data processes.
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in ETL development using tools like SSIS, Talend, or Informatica.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, including Azure or AWS, is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
