Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up on the collection of overdue accounts assigned, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Visit customers regularly, negotiate overdue payments, and maintain strong relationships while monitoring market references for all assigned customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers and third parties such as lawyers, collection agencies, and repossession agencies.
- Identify the deployment of assets and track their movement and utilization.
- Monitor account repayments regularly, analyze the causes of delinquencies, and report concerns promptly.
- Resolve customer disputes in a timely manner.
- Implement the repossession of assets when necessary.
- Ensure the integrity of collection data and customer logs, including visit reports, for allocated accounts.
- Maintain accuracy in uploading case trails within specified timelines.
- Adhere strictly to compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with collection agencies and their representatives, ensuring effective follow-ups and updates.
- Update payment records accurately in the VFS system.
- Manage collections across all buckets, including overseeing repossession activities as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduate, preferably with a B.Com or BBA degree.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and pursue a career in the financial services industry.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Be willing to travel extensively and maintain a high level of field engagement.
- Have experience or knowledge of working in a process-driven organization.
- Be fluent in English, Hindi, and the regional language of the specified state; proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
