Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and support activities.
- Develop software that supports clients’ hybrid-cloud and AI initiatives, leveraging the latest technologies.
- Ensure the delivery of high-performing, highly available, responsive, and maintainable applications.
- Analyze and validate existing issues, propose improvements, and implement solutions with guidance from architects and technical leaders.
- Engage in all process phases, from design and development to testing, release management, and troubleshooting, while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Drive strategic discussions with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for operational and technical improvements.
- Design and implement innovative coding solutions by analyzing the current system landscape and addressing gaps effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Node.js, and familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Must have completed education and obtained a degree; this is an entry-level off-campus hiring position.
- Course completion year must be 2024.
- Eligible qualifications include BE/BTech/ME/MTech/Dual Degree/MSc/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related circuit branches with a minimum of 6.0 CGPA or 60%.
- Note: The calculation of qualifying marks is based on the sum of marks obtained divided by the total maximum marks obtainable, considering all subjects, including elective/optional ones.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess and interpret data or scenarios.
