Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer data, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Generative AI tools to optimize customer management processes.
- Perform data analysis using MS Excel to identify trends, assess performance, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Address customer complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure timely resolutions and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer service quality.
