Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, motivate, and guide a team of Key Account Managers to achieve their full potential.
- Promote and embody Meesho’s values and principles across the team.
- Collaborate with central teams to ensure optimal selection, competitive pricing, and high visibility on the platform.
- Develop and implement robust processes to ensure the smooth execution of critical tasks.
- Define key result areas (KRAs) and goals for the team and individuals, while compiling and evaluating metrics to assess performance at both individual and team levels.
- Communicate priorities and key decisions effectively with stakeholders using strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Drive higher supplier engagement and ensure swift resolution of issues by providing clear guidance and support to the team.
- Embrace challenges with confidence and establish efficient processes to achieve better outcomes.
- Influence strategic decisions across the organization by earning the trust of stakeholders.
- Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data effectively to inform decisions and measure success.
- Define short- and medium-term category goals, design execution roadmaps, and set team priorities aligned with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) from a reputed institute.
- 1–3 years of total work experience, including at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and creating points of view (POVs).
- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.
- Strong understanding of business dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
