Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor settlement activities to ensure securities are positioned appropriately and timely for settlement.
- Oversee firm inventory to ensure assets are moved or converted as required to facilitate settlement processes.
- Collaborate with the Trading Desk to secure borrows necessary for settlements.
- Resolve queries and interact with the Trading Desk and clients regarding failing trades.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in positions (cash and securities) within the firm’s books and records.
- Complete daily checklists to ensure adherence to controls, procedures, and processes related to assigned functions.
- Act as a change agent by addressing root causes of issues and identifying opportunities for process automation and improvement.

- 1 to 2 years of work experience in securities settlements, trade support, or a securities middle office role.
- Knowledge of the equities industry and market is advantageous.
- Experience with vendor platforms such as Euclid is preferred.
