Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare business reports and track performance through dashboards.
- Coordinate with the local DFIN team to reconcile business numbers.
- Create client presentations to support business initiatives.
- Assist the sales team with client documentation requirements.
- Support sales teams with KYC and onboarding processes, as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or MBA, preferably with a focus on finance.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to build and maintain synergy within the team and across teams.
- Proficient in active listening and sharing information effectively within and between teams.
- Demonstrates reliability, honors commitments, and fosters a climate of trust.
- Possess a risk-aware mindset for decision-making and project execution.
- Ability to embrace and adapt to new technologies in solutions and projects.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office tools.
- Experience with IT systems and applications is an added advantage.
