Key Responsibilities:
- Collect past-due invoices and resolve invalid deductions for assigned portfolios through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Respond promptly to email and phone queries related to disputed invoices.
- Research and analyze disputes or deductions using ERP systems to determine root causes.
- Collaborate with various departments to obtain supporting documents or information needed for dispute or deduction resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions for automation enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports to track and monitor the status of past-due accounts in individual portfolios.
- Implement effective collections strategies to minimize past-due amounts and expedite resolution processes while avoiding adverse customer impacts.
- Address and resolve issues efficiently to ensure smooth case processing and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate as a team member to handle ad-hoc requests promptly and efficiently.
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff or management when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy level with the ability to stay motivated and productive.
Preferred skills:
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
